IHS-2023

The University of Montreal is pleased to be able to welcome you to its Residences/Summer hostel for your IHS 2023 symposium. As a participant, you are entitled to reserve a room as close as possible to the event and for a stay between July 22, 2023 and August 01, 2023.

In order to book your room, please read the booking conditions below. At the bottom of the page, you will find the types of rooms available for your event. Availability for certain room types is limited.

It is imperative to click on the link of the type of room desired at the bottom of the page to take advantage of the preferential rate.

Booking conditions

Reservations

To benefit from the preferential rate, the participant must book:

At least 7 days before the agreed start date and online, on our website using the link on this page or pby phone at 514-343-8006 mentioning the name of the event.
It should be noted that all Suites can only be reserved by telephone.
As of May 7: Full payment is required upon reservation. Modification free of charge. In case of cancellation, the first night is non-refundable. Online payment can be made by credit card only (Visa, Mastercard).
Before May 7, 11 p.m.: To confirm the reservation, a deposit of the amount of the first night is debited from the participant's credit card and is non-refundable.the in case of cancellation. Each participant is responsible for the total payment which will be taken from the credit card between 1 and 3 days before arrival. Online payment can be made by credit card only (Visa, Mastercard).

Preferential tariff

Only the participants of the event have access to the preferential rates. Rates are in Canadian currency ($ CAD), subject to applicable taxes and to revision.

Arrivals of participants

Arrivals are from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival at :

Normal opening hours during the summer period are 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday to Sunday.
Arrivals are mainly contactless and can be made after 6 p.m. Instructions for collecting keys from our secure locker will be sent 7 days prior to arrival and the recovery code will be sent the same day of arrival.
