The Residences of the University of Montreal via its summer hostel service are happy to be able to welcome students from the University of Montreal, Polytechnique Montreal and HEC Montreal who are part-time during the summer season.
You will be able to benefit from an advantageous rate and a flexible reservation according to your dates directly on campus!
Booking conditions
Proof of registration
Send us by email (info@zumauberge.ca) an official letter or an email from the administration of your department or your faculty (UdeM), or one of the affiliated schools (HEC or Polytechnique) demonstrating your registration to part-time courses for the summer semester.
Preferential tariff
Only students with proof accepted by our services will be able to benefit from a preferential rate.
Solo room: $682 per month (31 nights)
Multi room: $961 per month (31 nights)
Method of reservation and cancellation
A minimum of 31 nights is required to benefit from the part-time student monthly rate.
Note that for a stay of 31 nights or more, taxes are not applicable.
A one-month non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation, depending on the length of your stay.
The stay must be paid in full two weeks before your scheduled arrival date. In the case of a reservation made less than two weeks before your arrival, the entire stay will be charged when booking.
No stay can exceed and/or be extended beyond August 24, 2023. If you wish to extend and you are registered full-time for September 2023, please let us know.
