Room cleaning on request

Available free of charge and only for stays of 7 nights or more, once a week.

Following your request, please allow 24 to 48 business hours for a member of our maintenance team to visit your room.

This time may vary depending on the volume of requests and the number of guests, as we have over 1,100 rooms!

Please note that this service is not available for stays booked via our “Teachers and trainees” platform, nor for full-time or part-time students.
