Our on-demand housekeeping service is available free of charge and only for stays of 7 nights or more, once a week.

Following your request, please allow 24 to 48 business hours for a member of our housekeeping team to attend to your room. This time may vary depending on the volume of requests and the hotel's occupancy, as we have over 1,100 rooms!

Please note that this service is not available for stays booked through our "Teachers and Trainees" platform, nor for full-time or part-time students.
