MITACS - GLOBALINK 2024
Université de Montréal is pleased to welcome you to its summer residences for your Mitacs-Globalink 2024 internship event. As a participant, you are entitled to reserve a room as close as possible to the event and for a stay between May 1, 2024 and November 7, 2024 (subject to availability).

To reserve your room, please read the booking conditions below. At the bottom of the page, you'll find the type of room available for your event.

Booking conditions
Reservations
To benefit from the preferential rate, the participant must book:

At least 7 days before the start date of the event and online, on our website using the link on this page or pby phone at 514-343-8006 mentioning the name of the event.

If you want another type of room, call us or write to us directly.
To confirm the reservation, a deposit is taken from the participant's credit card and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
For stays of less than 31 nights: a deposit of 7 nights is required.
For stays of 31 nights or more: a deposit of 31 nights is required.
Each participant is responsible for the total payment which will be taken from the credit card 15 days before arrival. Online payment can be made by credit card only (Visa, Mastercard). The total amount of the reservation is non-refundable in the event of cancellation within 15 days prior to arrival.
Preferential rate
Preferential rates are available to event participants only. Rates are in Canadian dollars (CAD), subject to applicable taxes and to revision. Sharing the reservation link with anyone not selected by the Mitacs-Globalink program is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to perform a document verification on your admission to the Mitacs-Globalink program.

Please note that stays of 31 nights or more are not taxable. The reservation site will still display taxes, but they will not be charged to your card.
Arrivals of participants
Arrivals are from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival at :

All arrivals can be made from 3:00 PM on the scheduled arrival day.

All arrivals must be made during our opening hours and in person, until 9:00 PM.

A customer wishing to arrive after our opening hours and use our contactless check-in service must inform the Establishment as soon as possible and before 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. An email containing the retrieval code for the secure "Expedibox" locker will be sent on the same day of your arrival between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

For arrivals after August 24, different instructions will be emailed to you.

Nearby parking is available ($).
For a ticket with unlimited exit and entry, you must go to the reception during our opening hours.
For a ticket with single entry and exit, you can go directly to the parking lot.
