MITACS - GLOBALINK 2023
The University of Montreal is pleased to be able to welcome you to its Residences/Summer Hostel for your Mitacs-Globalink 2023 internship event. As a participant, you are entitled to reserve a room as close as possible to the event and for a stay between April 24, 2023 and October 29, 2023 (subject to availability)
In order to book your room, please read the booking conditions below. At the bottom of the page, you will find the type of room offered for your event.
It is imperative to click on the link of the type of room desired at the bottom of the page to take advantage of the preferential rate.
Booking conditions
Reservations
To benefit from the preferential rate, the participant must book:

At least 7 days before the start date of the event and online, on our website using the link on this page or pby phone at 514-343-8006 mentioning the name of the event.

If you want another type of room, call us or write to us directly.
To confirm the reservation, a deposit is taken from the participant's credit card and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
For stays of less than 31 nights: a deposit of 7 nights is required.
For stays of 31 nights or more: a deposit of 31 nights is required.
Each participant is responsible for the total payment which will be taken from the credit card 15 days before arrival. Online payment can be made by credit card only (Visa, Mastercard). The total amount of the reservation is non-refundable in the event of cancellation within 15 days prior to arrival.
Preferential rate
Only the participants of the event have access to the preferential rates. Rates are in Canadian currency ($ CAD), subject to applicable taxes and to revision.
Please note that stays of 31 nights or more are non-taxable. The booking site will still show the taxes, but they will not be charged to your card.
Arrivals of participants
Arrivals are from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival at :

Normal opening hours during the summer period are 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday to Sunday.

Arrivals are mainly contactless and can be made after 6 p.m. Instructions for collecting keys from our secure locker will be sent 7 days prior to arrival and the recovery code will be sent the same day of arrival.

For a ticket with unlimited exit and entry, you must go to the reception during our opening hours.
For a ticket with single entry and exit, you can go directly to the parking lot.
