The ZUM MTL summer hostel, located in the heart of the Université de Montréal campus, is delighted to welcome participants to this event and offer them a comfortable and affordable stay.

Rooms are offered at the group rate for ICT2026 participants
Eligible period of stay from:
June 30, 2026 to July 9, 2026
You can book your stay within this period, subject to availability.
A minimum of three nights is required. Preferential rates are valid while allocated rooms last.

Types of rooms offered
The ZUM MTL summer hostel offers comfortable and functional room types within the UdeM university residences:

SOLO Starting at $63+tax
9 m2 · Single bed · 1 person
Shared bathroom on the floor (non-mixed)
This room has no air conditioning, and the (single-gender) bathroom is shared on the floor.
TRUNDLE Starting at $73+tx
10 m2 · Single bed + 1 trundle bed · 2 people
Shared bathroom on the floor (non-mixed)
This room does not have air conditioning and the bathroom (single-sex) is shared on the same floor. Note that the second bed is a "trundle" bed and the mattress provided is slightly thinner than that of the main single bed.
DOUBLE Starting at $77+tax
16 m2 · Double bed · 2 people
Shared bathroom on the floor (non-mixed)
This room has no air conditioning, and the (single-gender) bathroom is shared on the floor.
BUSINESS FULL
18 m2 · Double bed · 2 people
Private bathroom in the room · Kitchenette
This room has its own full bathroom and kitchenette. Portable air conditioning is installed.

Booking conditions
Please read the booking conditions below which apply to your group.
Payment and price
Applicable taxes will be added at the time of booking.
Payment for the first night is required at the time of booking.
Final payment will be due upon arrival.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Booking terms and conditions
Availability is not guaranteed: rooms are offered based on real-time availability. Don't delay!
In case of cancellation, the deposit night is non-refundable regardless of the reason, including in case of cancellation of your event.
You can change your reservation free of charge as long as the dates are within the period covered by your group.
Check-in time: 3 p.m. | Check-out time: 11 a.m.
Our opening hours are from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm every day.
If you arrive after our opening hours, your key will be placed in a secure locker just before we close and the code will be emailed to you.
For any special requests (such as an extended stay outside of the scheduled dates), please contact us directly. Please note that any overnight stays outside of the event dates will be charged at the regular rate in effect at the time of booking.
